Insurance, Payment and Billing

UT Physicians is a preferred provider for most managed care plans. We will verify your insurance coverage prior to your office visit. We will file your insurance claim for you. You will be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance and deductibles at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Financing through Capital One is available.

Dietician/Nutrition Package (includes initial consult, BIA Test and 5 follow-up visits. Valid for 6 months.)	$575
Fitness/Exercise Program (includes initial consult, 5 follow-up visits.)	$130

Total	$725 plus insurance copayments and deductible.

If you do not have medical insurance, payment in full is due at the time of the visit.
