Appointment Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel an appointment, please give us notice at least 24 hours in advance.
Billing Information: For any billing questions, please call Patient Services at (713) 500-3500.

Urgent Care - Same Day
Emergency & After-hour Care: Please call the main phone number to reach the physician on-call. In case of emergency, please call 911 or go immediately to the hospital emergency room closest to you.
Forms of Payment: We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Please note that payment is due at time of visit.
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (M-F, except major holidays)
Lab Results: The nurse will contact you with lab results unless otherwise specified by the physician.
Nurse Line: If you have an urgent need to speak with a nurse, please call (832) 325-7141. They will relay information to your physician.
Parking: Hermann Professional Building Parking Garage is located at 6414 Fannin. Cost ranges from $2.00 - 9.00. Valet parking is also available. Click here for map.
Prescriptions: Please call (832) 325-7141 and leave prescription refill information at the prompt. Be sure to include the name & phone number of your pharmacy, your doctor's name and the name and spelling of the medication. You will be contacted when it has been called in to your pharmacy.
Referrals: Your insurance plan may require referral paper work or other authorization for visits to specialists. Please contact your primary care physician or insurance company for more information.
Urgent Care: Please call the office and a triage nurse will assess your medical need and if medically necessary you will be worked into a physician's schedule the same day.
Walk-Ins: We try our best to accommodate walk-in patients. However, the best way to see your doctor is by scheduling an appointment. Please remember to bring all of your current insurance information.
