They may direct you to be evaluated at the Memorial Hermann
Hospital Emergency Room. For emergency room care, we prefer
you to proceed to Memorial Hermann Hospital ER. In case
of emergency, please call 911 or go immediately to the
hospital emergency room closest to you. |

prescription refills, please call your pharmacy directly
with your request. |
| Referrals: |
Your
insurance plan may require referral paperwork or other
authorization for visits to specialists. Obtaining referrals/authorization
may take up to 10 working days. Once we obtain the referral/authorization
from your insurance company, we will forward this referral
to the specialist/diagnostic center prior to your appointment. |
| Urgent
Care: |
Please
call the office and a triage nurse will assess your medical
need and if medically necessary you will be worked into
a physician's schedule the same day. |
| Walk-Ins: |
We
try our best to accommodate walk-in patients. However,
the best way to see your doctor is by scheduling an appointment.
Please remember to bring all of your current insurance
information. |
