at the prompt. Be sure to include the name & phone
number of your pharmacy, your doctor's name and the name
and spelling of the medication. |
| Referrals: |
Your
insurance plan may require referral paper work or other
authorization for visits to specialists. Please contact
your primary care physician or insurance company for more
information. |
| Urgent
Care: |
Please
call (832) 325-7211 and the nurse will assess your medical
need and, if medically necessary, you will be worked into
a physician's schedule the same day. |
| Walk-Ins: |
We
try our best to accommodate walk-in patients. However,
the best way to see your doctor is by scheduling an appointment.
Please remember to bring all of your current insurance
information. |
