Parking
is free and available adjacent to the building on surface
lots. |
| Prescriptions: |
Please
call (281) 997-1238 and leave prescription refill
information at the prompt. Be sure to include the name & phone
number of your pharmacy, your doctor's name and the
name and spelling of the medication. You will be contacted
when it has been called in to your pharmacy. |
| Referrals: |
Your
insurance plan may require referral paper work or other
authorization for visits to specialists. Please contact
your primary care physician or insurance company for more
information. |
| Urgent
Care: |
Please
call the office and a triage nurse will assess your medical
need and if medically necessary you will be worked into
a physician's schedule the same day. |
| Walk-Ins: |
We
try our best to accommodate walk-in patients. However,
the best way to see your doctor is by scheduling an appointment.
Please remember to bring all of your current insurance
information. |
